Gene R. Garcia
Gene Garcia formed CIP Realty in the State of Florida in 1992, and has continuously operated the company successfully since that day. He is responsible for all apects of stragetic planning and development. In addition to cultivating and managing key retail relationships, Gene oversees the financing and capital structure of CIP Realty projects in Florida and manages special equity partner relationships.
Gene is responsible for residential and commercial site selections, contract negotiations, re-zoning and government approvals, joint venture partnerships, out-parcel procurement and development, anchor tenant relationships, oversight of project leasing and management, and overall office management.
Gene is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors with a specialization in Commercial and Residental Development in the State of Florida.

Angie M. Silva
Angie is a South Florida real estate professional with extensive experience in residential sales, short sales, foreclosures, and property management. Angie has been a Realtor with CIP since 2003, specializing in the sale of residential real estate in South Florida. Angie is a graduate of Florida International University and is certified as a REO Property Preservation Specialist.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, Angie is a member of both the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade and the National Association of Realtors.
